Pharmacology

The department is located on second floor of building 9 in the college side of campus. Students laboratory and office rooms of the staff are located in one wing of the floor, while the laboratory is located in second wing

Three functional aspects of department include teaching,diagnostics and research.

The department has a well stocked library, a beautiful meuseum and enough laboratory facilities. The undergraduates medical students are trained for a period of one and half years (spanning the 3rd, 4th and 5th semesters) in this department. During this period they are trained in various aspects of both experimental and clinical pharmacology. They are also exposed to the basic principles of pharmacology.
