Candidates should produce all the below Original Documents at the time of MBBS admission.

• NEET Admit Card issued by the CEE/MCC
• Allotment Memo issued by CEE/MCC
• NEET UG Score Sheet
• Data sheet for State Quota admission
• SSLC/CBSE/ICSE (Mark List/Pass Certificate)
• Qualifying examination (HSE/CBSE/ICSE etc) (mark list / pass certificate)
• Transfer Certificate
• Course & Conduct Certificate (Issued by the last attended School/ Institute)
• Eligibility Certificate (for those students who passed from state boards other than Kerala/ CBSE/ICSE)
• Migration Certificate (Students registered for higher studies shall obtain Migration Certificate from the concerned University/Institute)
• Caste Certificate
• Physical Fitness Certificate
• Vaccination Certificate (Hepatitis B, MMR, Chicken Pox)
• Bond in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 200/- (as mentioned in Prospectus)
• Photograph (2nos+ one Stamp Size)
• Aadhaar Card
• Fee Receipt for Rs. 31,815/-
• Bank Pass Book Copy
• Originals of uploaded documents/certificates if any
